V.1608-01 Public release

As mentioned earlier, the public release for version V.1608-01 is out now. Get it in the downloads section!

  1. -If you talk to the succubus after you beat the boss, the character picture didn't change to show who is talking.

    -An full heal after you beat the boss, or at least an little health would be nice. Don't know if he is too strong, beat him the first try, but very close. An health bar would be helpful.

    -The sword skeletons are damn weak trough their slow attack, maybe rise their damage a bit.

    -Does the forge has an actual function for now? Seems a bit weird that you are able to build it, but it doesn't do anything.

    -Nice work with this update!

Forge doesn't do anything yet, I agree with the slow attack sending layers reeling, definitely would like that with how much he hits with no way to heal (refer to my reply to My Phone's comment on possible measures and boss health bar), and you noticed that too when it stayed as Miranda even when Nadia was talking?

    3. Thanks for your Feedback. The boss will get a healthbar in the next release. We'll test setting health to max for the player at least when entering the arena.
      The forge is at the moment just a gimmick to give you something in the end and to tease a bit the crafting aspect that will get more with the next updates, like updating your weapon, etc.

  2. Graveyard boss fight too annoying..........


    I get too close and im dead even if he wont attack.....


    No boss health bar....


    Fight frustrating....

    1. Here's an idea for Pixel to consider with the problem: add constantly respawning mobs through the fight we can kill for health.

      As for boss health bar, I'm personally ambivalent. There are many RPGs where they do and do not exist.

    2. Thanks for your suggestion. We talked about it and for the next release, we will adjust the bosses hitboxes at first. More mobs would make it more difficult, even though you could get health from them. I think the problem at the moment is, that from the rest of the game, people are used to "bash" everything pretty fast, but at the boss, you have to be more careful. We'll see if we can balance that right.

    3. Hey there, as mentioned we will adjust and tweak the bosses hitboxes a bit in the next release. For now you need a bit of patience in this fight, because you are mostly able to hit him just one or two times before you should backup to not get hit. Try stay above him, then it's not that hard overall. Cheers
